MagentaCLOUD-Ordner teilen mit anderen MagentaCLOUD-Nutzern: Freigabedatum wird immer gesetzt?

Guten Tag,

beim Teilen eines MagentaCLOUD-Ordners mit anderen MagentaCLOUD-Nutzern lassen sich erweiterte Berechtigungen vergeben. auch wenn ich die Option "Ablaufdatum" nicht aktiviere, wird ein Ablaufdatum gesetzt (getestet mit Firefox):

Wenn man es weiß, kann man (mühsam) um das Problem herumarbeiten, indem man nach Erteilung der Freigabe nochmal in die Einstellungen zur Freigabe geht und dann das Häkchen entfernt. Vielleicht lässt sich an der Stelle eine stringentere Benutzerführung implementieren?

    ist es immer der 22. Januar 2026? Was passiert, wenn du nachträglich den Haken beim Ablaufdatum rausnimmst?

    Hallo Sören,

    das Datum liegt immer ein Jahr in der Zukunft. Wenn ich nach dem Erteilen der Freigabe wieder den Dialog "Erweiterte Berechtigungen" aufrufe, ist (wie der Screenshot zeigt) die Option "Ablaufdatum setzen" aktiviert und als Datum "22.01.2026" gesetzt. Wenn ich den Haken entferne und dann die Freigabe aktualisiere, bleibt die Option deaktiviert, d. h., dass beim weiteren Aufruf des Dialogs "Erweiterte Berechtigungen" kein Ablaufdatum mehr gesetzt ist.

    @NJGö Ich habe das gerade mal mit meiner Cloud nachgestellt und habe dasselbe Ergebnis.

     

    Ich frage mal hinten nach, ob das so gewollt ist.

    Die zuständige Abteilung hat das Verhalten nun auf dem Zettel. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt kann ich allerdings noch nicht sagen wie lange die Behebung dauert.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
