Magentacloud: Disconnected from Magentacloud.

Hallo alle zusammen,

 

Leider kommt bei mir keine Verbindung mehr zustanden. Seit einigen Tagen/Wochen ist das gesamte Feld ausgegraut und wird als offline markiert. Wenn man über das Symbol im Systemtray fährt zeigt er zudem: "Magentacloud: Disconnected from Magentacloud."

 

Ich habe bereits Magentacloud mehrmals neuinstalliert und dabei auch die Dateien aus AppData gelöscht und neugestartet.
Außerdem habe ich den NextCloud Client versucht, aber keine Besserung.

 

Ich weiß leider nicht weiter.

    Guten Morgen @Andi105,

     

    hast du schon einmal einen anderen Browser ausprobiert? Klappt es dort mit der Anmeldung in der Cloud?
    Wie schaut es auf dem Handy oder Tablet aus, funktioniert es da?

    Hallo,

     

    Auch mit einem Browser klappt es nicht. Die Anmeldung funktionert scheinbar jedes mal. Allerdings zeigt er anschließend: Disconnected from Magentacloud oder Connection not configuered oder Signed out, obowhl ich mich angemeldet habe.  Ich kann allerdings darüber die Browser platform öffnen. 

     

    Die Apps auf Android funktonieren einwandfrei.

    in der Diskussion dieses Problems. Lass uns da mal weiter machen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
