Ich habe die neue Version von Magenta Cloud auf meinem HP Laptop installieren wollen. Es lief alles problemlos bis "Neustart". Bildschirm wurde schwarz, wollte angehen, wurde orange mit Schrift "sperren". Seitdem ist finito. Kann mir jemand helfen?
