Fehlermeldung "Datei konnte nicht aktualisiert werden: Couldn't convert to placeholder"

nutze die Synchronisation der Magentacloud Version 3.6.7 auf Windows 10 Pro
auf dem lokalen Ordner sind 49,1 GB, aber in der Magentacloud sind es nur 7,1 GB
bei der Synchronisation kommt bei vielen Dateien die Meldung "Datei konnte nicht aktualisiert werden: Couldn't convert to placeholder"

Meine Fragen:

1.) Was ist die Ursache und wie kann ich diese beheben?

2.) wo findet man alle Fehlermeldungen?
