der server unter "https://webdav.magentacloud.de" kann nicht gefunden werden

hallo community, ich bitte dringend um hilfe

ich habe unter linuxmint 20.2 alles eingerichtet: davfs2 und die verbindung mit https://webdav.magentacloud.de , und sicheres "webdav" eingestellt. dann meinen benutzernamen und mein passwort, erhalte dann aber folgende meldung:

der server unter "https://webdav.magentacloud.de" kann nicht gefunden werden.

wie komme ich wider an meine daten?

      Pobier das ganze mal mit dem Firefox die Seite aufzurufen(mit Benutzername und Passwort).

      Dann schau mal hier https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Davfs2  ich bin kein linux user.

      erst einmal danke, für deine hilfe. aber genau danach bin ich immer vor gegangen! hat bis vor kurzem auch noch funktioniert, jetzt auf einmal nicht mehr.

      Hallo,

      bei mir das gleiche bekomme einfach keine Verbindung zu Stande unter Linux Mint 20.2.

      unter Windows 10 klappt es ohne Probleme.

      hallo zusammen, hiermit möchte ich die sache als erledigt kennzeichnen. wie kann ich das an alle weitergeben?

      mit folgenden schritten habe ich das problem gelöst: 

      Megantacloud mounten verbinden (terminal)
      ----------------------
      sudo mount -t davfs https://webdav.magentacloud.de /media/magentacloud

      auswerfen
      ----------------------
      sudo umount /media/magentacloud

      ich hoffe, ich konnte damit weiterhelfen
