Ashapoo Backup 17 und Magenda mögen sich nicht

Ich habe seit ein paar Tagen Die Ashampoo Backup 17 mit der Magenda Cloud verbunden. Wenn ich ein Backup starte, wird in der Cloud eine Datei angelegt. Gleich darauf kommt aber eine Fehlermeldung (siehe Anhang).

Wie kann man das beheben.
