Zugriff verweigert

Habe gestern als Tester den Smart Speaker bekommen und wollte mich in der geschlossenen Gruppe der Telekom hilft Labor anmelden .

Dieses funktioniert irgendwie nicht , da mir andauernd gesagt wird : ZUGRIFF VERWEIGERT ! Was mache ich falsch ?
