Wordpress aktualisierung problem / Elementor

Hallo Telekomhilft,

 

ich habe seit einigen Tagen folgende Probleme, an denen ich als Laie komplett scheitere und unbedingt kompetente Hilfe benötige:

 

Meine Wordpress Seite wurde mit Elementor erstellt, doch seit einigen Tagen erhalte ich beim Speichern der Seiten und Beiträge nur noch "Serverfehler (400 error)", bei neu erstellten Seiten scheint es zu funktionieren, solange nicht mehr als 1 Element auf der Seite ist.

 

Weiter kann ich seit kurzem keinerlei Plugins direkt installieren oder updaten und erhalte lediglich die Fehlermeldung "Installation fehlgeschlagen: Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden."

 

Mittlerweile habe ich die Seite komplett neu aufgesetzt, mit neuer Datenbank und über Duplicator aufgespielt, ohne eine Verbesserung zu erwirken. Selbst bei einer Vanilla-Wordpress installation ohne weitere Änderungen bleibt der Fehler bestehen.

    da bin ich auch schon wieder.

    Bild nicht vorhanden

     

     

    Ein Kollege aus der Fachabteilung, hat ein paar Fehler in den Logs gesehen und hoffentlich konfigurativ behoben.

     

    Teste das bitte mal aus und gib uns gerne eine Rückmeldung.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
