Octopus FX 3W Passwort nicht mehr gültig

Nach längerer Zeit , wollte ich unser Telefonbuch in der Octopus FX aktualisieren, leider nimmt die Anlage das Passwort nicht mehr an. 

Benutzername und Passwort sind aus der Kundendatenübersicht und wurden von uns nie geändert.

    Nur über den Remote Service.

    Einfach die Hotline anrufen 0800 330 1300 und eine Störung an der Octopus FX melden.

    Du kannst die Störung auch über einen Teamie melden.

    Damit dich ein Teamie erreichen kann, musst du dein Profil mit Kunden- und Rückrufnummer befüllen und ein Zeitfenster angeben, an dem du gut erreichbar bist. Momentan sind nur 1/3 Feldern befüllt.

    Wie @Jumpignon bereits erwähnt hat, kann dir da unser Remote Service weiterhelfen. Dieser Service ist unter Umständen kostenpflichtig. Bitte trage in dein Profil noch eine Rückrufnummer ein. Nenne mir bitte ein passendes Zeitfenster, wann dir ein Gespräch passt, und ich melde mich bei dir.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
