Young Verträge in plus Karten umwandeln?

Hey liebe Telekom Community, ich wollte nachfragen, ob man, wenn einer meiner Young Verträge in ein Standard Magenta Mobil S oder M umgewandelt wird, die anderen Verträge in PlusKarten umgewandelt werden können? Ich könnte zum Beispiel mein Young M mit derzeit effektiv 39,95€ in M umwandeln mit dann neuem Preis für 54,95 ein Jahr und danach 59.95€ und die Young S Karte kostet 39,95€ und als PlusKarte 20€ und wir bräuchten dann nur noch ein weitere Pluskarte ist.     Wenn es sich um Flextarife handelt oder um Verträge bei welchen die Mindestvertragslaufzeit abgelaufen ist, dann sollte das gehen.

    Hallo @technikfussel,

     

    die Umstellung auf Pluskarten ist im Rahmen der jeweiligen Vertragsverlängerung möglich.

    Ein reiner Tarifwechsel auf Pluskarten ist leider nicht möglich.

    Ich wünsche noch einen angenehmen Abend und bin gerne bei weiteren Fragen wieder für dich da.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
