Wie verschiebe ich das Vertragsbeginndatum und ändere die Adresse?

Hallo! Ich habe ein Problem mit meiner neuen Magenta ZuHause-Internetverbindung. Ich habe ab heute eine Internetverbindung an einer Adresse angefordert. Aber ich ziehe in 1,5 Monaten an eine neue Adresse in Deutschland. Der Techniker hätte heute zu meiner alten Adresse kommen sollen, um die Verbindung herzustellen. Mir ist aber gerade aufgefallen, dass ich in meinen Wohnungen keinen Zugang zum "Elektro"-Raum habe. Er is geschlossen. Also bat ich ihn, meinen Termin zu stornieren, kein Problem. Und der Hausmeister sagte, dass es nicht möglich sein wird, es bald zu öffnen. Auch wenn der Vertrag für meine neue Adresse von vorne beginnen würde, müsste ich nicht für die Umzug bezahlen. Ist es möglich, meine aktuelle Adresse nicht mit dem Internet zu verbinden, sondern den Vertrag von der neuen Adresse in 1,5 Monaten zu starten? Im Chat wurde mir gesagt, ich solle die Hotline anrufen, aber meine Deutschkenntnisse sind nicht gut genug, um all diese Dinge zu erklären ... Ich habe versucht, 08003301080 anzurufen, aber es sieht so aus, als ob sie nicht verfügbar sind. Welche Möglichkeiten habe ich jetzt?

Hello! I have a problem with my new internet Magenta ZuHause connection. I requested an internet connection on one address starting today. But I'm moving to a new address in Germany in 1,5 months. The technician should've come today to my old address to establish the connection. But I just noticed that I don't have access to the "Elektro"-room in my apartments. It's closed. So I asked him to cancel my Termin, no problem. And the Hausmeister said that it won't be possible to open it anytime soon. Also if the contract would start from the beginning for my new address, I wouldn't have to pay for the Umzug option. Is it possible not to connect my current address to the Internet, but start the contract with a delay in 1,5 months? In the chat, I was told to call the Hotline, but my German knowledge is not good enough to explain all these things... I tried to call 08003301080, but looks like it's not available. What options do I have now?
