Wie kann ich ein falsches Geburtsdatum ändern

Hallo ich habe seit langem eine Prepaidkarte der Telecom .Bei der Portierungsanfrage ist jetzt aufgefallen das ein falsches Geburtsdatum hinterlegt ist. Wie kann ich das ändern?
