Why reduce speed for no reason?

Hello is there any reason why telekom reduces my internet speed for no reason? Because i already changed 2 routers one from telekom and another from amazon and all the time i am getting 30 mbps speed while i am paying for 50 mbps....and i am 100% sure its reduced from telekom side any nothing is wrong here in my side...the lady on phone said we ll get 40€ discount coupon with new router because we are getting this problem from long time..but we got new router and stil same problem...no discount coupon as well. .. please fix my speed back to 50 mbps what i am paying for.

physically the Line is not able to run without error at 50 Mbit/s - that’s the reason - should be enough?!

I dont understand what u said ...but if you are saying that there is problem in the line thats why i am not getting 50 mbps then its not... because i am sure its capped at 30 mbps ..why its not going to 35 mbps or coming down to 20 mbps if there is problem in the line? ...the speed is capped from telekom server..which they use to do it in past also...

because the System ist always autodetecting the highest stable Speed.
30 Mbit/s is stable 35 Mbit/s it's not.

Please remove the Customer number from the post.
Your connection got an issue that needs to be fixed by a technician.
Thats why your connection is lowered to 35

50.
Hat aber schlechte Kontaktstelle.
Edit: Läuft sogar über Schleifen APL .
Wenn eine Störung gemeldet wird, dann wird das zurückgestuft auf ADSL 16. (Sollte die Störung daher kommen)

What @Marius AD is suspecting:
that in order to get full contractual speed you must assume that that requires a tariff downgrade to a 16 Mbit/s (downlink) contract (in which also the uplink is significantly lower than experienced with your current connection)
Probably better to go with the current tariff and get a price reduction as proposed.
Alternatively consider a change to fiber or mobile - or a relocation.

There is a bit a contradiction in itself.
Already the question indicates that you are not very familiar with DSL basic technical limitations.
