White lights no internet

My internet was shit down when I moved and missed the 160€ payment to move the box.  It has now been two weeks and I’ve also paid the monthly fee without having internet reinstalled.  The lights on the router box are white but there is no WiFi connection.

      Hello @candace.grossjohann,

      I just had a look at the line. Everything looks fine, the router is online.

      But yesterday evening the router seems to have connected to the internet for the first time since April. After all, it is online now.

      Can you confirm that everything is okay now and the internet works again?

      Good Morning,

       

      I have problems with the stability of my internet, especially on the weekends.  My online connections continue to be dropped and I get the message on screen "your internet connection is unstable".

       

      How can this be resolved?  As I am an online therapist, working weekends is essential.

      sorry for the late reply.
      I've also checked the line and couldn't see anything wrong with it.
      Are you connected via Ethernet cable or via Wi-Fi?
      Have you tried restarting the router / Pc / laptop?
      If connected via Wi-Fi, how far away from the router are you approximately?
