Welches SFP+ Modul für FTTH?

Hallo,

 

habe heute Glasfaser bestellt, endlich is es bei mir möglich *freu*

 

Im Moment habe ich ein Draytek VDSL Modem an einem Unifi USG Pro.

Nun will ich gerne das Glasfaser an einem SFP+ Modul anschliessen, weiß aber nicht, was die Telekom verlegen wird.

Welche Wellenlänge und Fasertyp brauche ich denn?

    Das hat eine SC-APC-Buchse, die Telekom verwendet LC-APC. Wenn ich das richtig verstehe passt dann das vorhandene Kabel zwischen GF-TA und ONT nicht, es müsste ein passendes Pigtail mit LC-Stecker auf der einen und SC-Stecker auf der anderen Seite beschafft werden.

    AP-seitig ja. Allerdings bietet die Telekom auch ein SFP-Modul für die neueren Digiboxen an, was eine SC-APC Buchse hat. Dort liegt aber ein passendes Patchkabel bei. Das Modul ist ein Zyxel PMG300-D20B.


    Die einfachste Lösung ohne großen Aufwand hat @fdi schon genannt: GF-Modem 2 nutzen.

    Die Installation-technisch "einfachste" Variante ist dein Draytek (Vigor) Modem gegen ein Glasfaser Modem 2 zu tauschen, dann sieht das für deine USG aus wie vorher, nur ggf. schneller.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
