Wechsel der Kontoverbindung für Festnetz und Mobilfunk

Hallo,

ich habe meine Kontoverbindung für die Abbuchung der Festnetz und Mobilfunk Kosten bereits am 16.8.2021 geändert im Kundencenter.

Heute ( 3.9.2021) ist aber immer noch eine Rechnung auf das alte Konto abgebucht worden.

 

Frage:

Ab wann ist denn der Kontenwechsel aktiv  und somit auch die Abbuchung von meiner neuen Kontoverbindung ?

Danke für eine kurze Rückinfo.

    vielen Dank noch einmal für das freundliche Gespräch.

    Das freut mich, dass wir die Unklarheiten klären konnten. Die neuen Bankdaten sind sowohl im Festnetz- als auch Mobilfunkbereich richtig hinterlegt. Da hat sich scheinbar nur die Erstellung der Rechnung mit der Änderung der Bankdaten überschnitten. Kommen Sie bei weiteren Fragen gerne jederzeit auf uns zu.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
