Wann genau wird Telekom Entertain abgeschaltet?

Hallo,

ich hatte gestern meinen persönlichen Umschalttermin auf MagentaTV. Was mir vorher nicht klar war, das alte Entertain funktioniert ja trotzdem noch. Da ich aufgrund meiner 2 laufenden alten Receiver diese gern noch möglichst lange nutzen möchte(alte Aufnahmen ansehen und im Schlafzimmer den Zweitreceiver nutzen), würde mich interessieren, wann das alte Entertain komplett abgeschaltet wird.

    @Jerry_Lee_Lewis  nach ca 3 Wochen funktioniert der alte MR nicht mehr

    Nach dem persönlichen Umschalttermin ist es maximal noch 6 Wochen nutzbar. Kann also auch weniger sein.

    Hallo @Jerry_Lee_Lewis,

    sobald du deinen neuen Media Receiver anschließt, kannst du nur noch über diesen dein Magenta TV nutzen. Wann das „alte“ Entertain bei dir komplett wegfällt kann ich so ohne weiteres nicht sagen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
