Vertrag VDSL 25 wird gekündigt

Guten Abend,

in meiner Nachbarschaft hat die Telekom ein schreiben an die Kunden verschickt womit sie den bestehenden IP VDSL 25mbit Vertrag kündigen und Ihnen ein Angebot für einen DSL 16mbit machen.

 

Das Problem ist aber das wir 3 mediareceiver gleichzeitig betreiben möchten das geht nun mit dem 16 MBitvertrag  nicht mehr.

 

aus welchem Grund werden diese Kündigungen verschickt? Die Anschlüsse haben Jahre lang gut funktioniert.

 

Vectoring vorbereitung der Telekom (Nahbereich) oder eines anderen Anbieters?

Wird die Geschwindigkeit 25mbit nicht mehr angeboten?

    Hallo @hansi 695,

    bei dir hat ein anderer Anbieter den Zuschlag für den Ausbau bekommen. Deshalb muss die Telekom sämtliche VDSL Anschlüsse welche über das selbe Verzweigungskabel laufen kündigen oder auf ADSL herabstufen da aus technischen Gründen immer nur ein Anbieter VDSL anbieten kann.

    Danke für die Antworten, ja ein lokaler Anbieter hat hier vor 3 Jahren ausgebaut allerdings kein Vectoring.  Eventuell sind dies nun die Vorbereitungen das jener Anbieter vectoring freischaltet.

     

    Telekom zuhause Start Tarife sind leider noch nicht verfügbar.

    Lt. einer Mitarbeiterin beim Telekom Chat wurde die Kündigung ausgesprochen weil die alte Entertain Plattform in naher zukunft abgeschaltet wird.

    Es wäre auch weiterhin möglich ein Magenta Zuhause M TV zubuchen.

VDSL 50 liegt an, aber nur VDSL 25 aktiviert, mehr nur bei Vertragsverlängerung!

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
