Vertrag unterschrieben vor Supermarkt

Hallo Telekom Hilft. Meine Frau hat heute leider einen Bock geschossen.  Sie hat sich von so einem Herren an einem Stand bequatschen lassen und unseren Vertrag auf Magenta Zuhause XL upgegraded. Sonst lässt sie sich nie auf solche Gespräche ein. Jetzt hab ich eine vorvertragliche Pflichtinformation nach dem TKG von der Telekom bekommen. Ich will meinen Vertrag nicht ändern und möchte gerne den Auftrag widerrufen. Funktioniert das noch?

    Solange du die vorvertragliche Info nicht bestätigst, gibt es überhaupt nichts zu widerrufen. Der vertrag ist aktuell schwebend unwirksam.

    Selbst wenn du dies tust, muss dir erst die Widerrufsbelehrung zugehen und da steht drin wie du innerhalb von 14 Tagen AB DANN

    widerrufen kannst - also keep cool.

    Vielen Dank an unsere User.

    Den Empfang der vorvertraglichen Information müssen Sie  bestätigen, da sonst der Vertrag rückabgewickelt wird.

    D.h., wenn Sie die vorvertraglichen Informationen nicht bestätigen kommt der neue Trif nicht zustande.

    Wie am Telefon erwähnt, habe ich den Auftrag nun storniert.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
