Vertrag läuft aus, Disney+ ebenfalls?

Mein Laufzeitvertrag geht zu Ende (29.11.2021). Meine Disney+ Mitgliedschaft ist in dem Mobilfunkvertrag enthalten und läuft noch bis zum 24.04.2022. Wird diese dann automatisch auf einen anderen Vertrag von mir umgeschrieben oder verfällt dies Abo?

Gerne würde ich MagentaTV Entertain inkl. Disney+ buchen. Wie ich gelesen habe, ist eine Umstellung allerdings nicht einfach so möglich, richtig?

    Hallo @robf,

    bei der Disney+ Option für 12 Monate steht folgendes: „Bei Kündigung des MagentaMobil Basisvertrags entfällt die Option Disney+ by Telekom.“

    Dementsprechend sollte die Option ab Vertragsende auch nicht mehr funktionieren, da diese zusammen mit dem Vertrag beendet wird.

    Bei MagentaTV Entertain wird die Option dann zusammen mit dem Festnetzanschluss gebucht. Wenn die entsprechende Geschwindigkeit für Entertain bei Ihnen verfügbar ist, kann ich gern eine*n Festnetzkolleg*in darum bitten, sich für eine Beratung bei Ihnen zu melden.

    es gibt "MagentaTV Entertain" auch anschlussunabhängig seit neuerem.

    Kann es nicht sogar sein, dass er das statt dessen gemeint hat?

    An welches hattest du gedacht, die Variante geknüpft an einen Telekomanschlusstarif (damit man auch einen Telekom Media Receiver, wenn man so einen gekauft oder gemietet hat, per Multicastversorgung nutzen könnte und alternativ aber auch mobile Nutzung machen könnte / - oder -/ nur das, was es auch ohne bestimmte Telekom-Anschlüsse gibt, mit dem man also nur die Mobilvarinten  ohne die Media Receiver nutzen kann)`, @robf ?

    Hi @Mandy S. genau den Hinweis habe ich gesucht, Danke!! 
    MagentaTV konnte ich heute direkt buchen, nachdem mein Mobilfunkvertrag samt Disney+ Option gestern ausgelaufen sind.

    @Sherlocka genau, ich meinte die Anschlussunabhängige Variante.

    Hat sich aber, wie bereits geschrieben, durch den Hinweis, dass die Option mit dem Vertrag endet, bereits geklärt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
