Unable to get a callback in English for billing issues

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some help regarding being unable to get a callback in English for a billing issue.

I've been having Internet issues since November 2024 and 5 technicians have come out, spent about 5 minutes here unable to diagnose the issue then leave. I had one appointment booked back in September that I took off work and the technician didn't show up and I got an email telling me I have to pay €49.95 for "travel expenses".

This is completely absurd and I need to speak to someone to dispute this! Is there any way to schedule a callback in English for this?

      As discussed, the technician was out this morning and performed a change port on the distribution box. Please check in the next few days to see if there has been any improvement. 👍🏽
