Umzug beauftragen oder Kündigung mit Neuabschluss

Hallo zusammen,

 

im Rahmen eines bevorstehenden Umzugs stellt sich die Frage, ob man den DSL-Anschluss (aktuell MagentaZuhause L mit TV-Plus/Magenta Eins) mit umziehen lassen muss oder an der neuen Wohnung einen Neuanschluss beauftragt und den alten (später) kündigt (Kündigungsfrist mal außen vor gelassen).

Da man im Falle des Umzugs ebenfalls eine Pauschale zahlen muss, fällt der Bereitstellungspreis nicht ins Gewicht, aber man könnte die Neukundenangebote in Anspruch nehmen. Zudem werden die Anschlüsse an beiden Standorten noch für kurze Zeit parallel benötigt.

Spricht etwas gegen eine Kündigung mit Neuabschluss oder müsste man das Prozedere dann über den Partner laufen lassen, um die Konditionen zu bekommen bzw. für kurze Zeit bei einem Anbieter mit monatlicher Kündigung zwischenparken?

    @Benivoxo 

    beauftrage einfach den Anschluss und schau was in der Auftragsbestätigung steht, wenn dir die Neukundenpreise bestätigt werden, wovon ich ausgehe, bekommst du diese auch.

    Hallo @Benivoxo,

    um kurz Licht ins Dunkel zu bringen, als Neukunde gilt man dann, wenn man drei Monate keinen Anschluss bei uns hatte.

    zunächst vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. 

    Ich finde die Aussage jedoch nicht ganz eindeutig, denn der DSL-Anschluss hat ja neben dem Anschlussinhaber immer einen konkreten Ortsbezug.

     

    Deine Aussage bedeutet im Endeffekt also, im Bereich Mobilfunk kann ich mir, obwohl ich schon einen Vertrag habe, für jeden neuen zusätzlichen Mobilfunkvertrag ein vergünstigtes Handy aussuchen, im Bereich Festnetz jedoch bekomme ich, da ich schon DSL-Kunde bin, nur für den ersten Anschluss die Vergünstigung, für einen Zweitwohnsitz oder weitere zusätzliche parallele Anschlüsse gelten die Neukundenkonditionen nicht.

    Oder bezieht sich Neukunde auf einen konkreten Anschluss, um zu vermeiden, dass ein Vertrag nur gekündigt wird, um gleich danach von den Neukundenkonditionen zu profitieren, was verständlich ist.

    Zählt die Telekom in ihren Statistiken wirklich die Anschlussinhaber (nur dann macht so ein Vorgehen Sinn) oder nicht vielmehr die Neuanschlüsse?
