Trotz Magenta L (Glasfaser), Speed XL (Fiber 200) nicht buchbar

Hallo Telekom Community Team,

ich habe seit kurzem Anfang Nov. das MagentaZuhause L mit Glasfaser nutzen zu können. Ich wollte die Option Speed XL dazubuchen, um mehr Upload Speed zu haben, aber ich kann diese Option nicht im Kundencenter finden. Die Mitarbeiter bei der Hotline und Chatten sagten, dass diese Option für mich nicht buchbar ist. Sie sollte buchbar sein, wenn ich meinen Tarif auf MagentaZuhause XXL wechseln kann, oder? Kann jemand hier mir helfen?

      Die Option XL bzw. eigentlich ist es mittlerweile ein Tarif (Magenta XL) gibts aktuell nicht mit Glasfaser. Daher kannst Du ihn nicht buchen. Nach letztem Stand soll er wohl noch in diesem Monat wieder buchbar werden.

      du scheinst das gleiche Problem wie ich zu haben, aktuelle Antwort bei mir:

      ”die Option "Speed XL Fiber 200" wird nicht mehr angeboten. Höhere Geschwindigkeiten sind nur mit dem Tarif "MagentaZuhause XL" möglich. Hier gibt es lediglich eine Ausnahme: Tarife, die bis zu einem speziellen Stichtag beauftragt wurde, können die Option auch nachträglich wieder gebucht bekommen.

      In Ihrem Fall fand die Beauftragung deutlich nach diesem Datum statt, wodurch die Speedoption XL Fiber 200 nicht angeboten werden kann.

    Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
