The telekom technisian never showed up at the day of arranged installation of router

Today at 11/11/2024 between 12:00-18:30 I had appointed for router installation but the guy never showed up.At 16:49 I called support team the woman told me that the technicion will come at 18:30 but I was on the phone the whole day i nobody called or email me.
