Termination Magenta Zuhause L Young

Hello,

 

I left Germany, and I want to cancel my internet. It is Magenta Zuhause L Young. I have the proof of deregistration, but I cannot send it via online form. The online form does not accept my phone number. I cannot call the customer service, I am abroad and I cannot speak German. I no longer want ro pay for Magenta Zuhause L Young, and I want to cancel asap.

 

Please do help me. Thanks

    Why can't you send it via online form?  Is there a technical problem, have you tried a different browser?

     

     

    I assume that you go via https://www.telekom.de/kontakt/e-mail-kontakt/festnetz/kuendigung

    with selected options as shown in below screenshots

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
