Telekom unable to provide connection. Using Draytek 165 and Synology WRX560

Hi,
My internet was supposed to be activated today and Telekom says "they provided landline connection but unable to recognize router." And now I still have no internet after several weeks.
I'm using latest firmware on Draytek 165. I've already setup my network on my Synology router. All the LEDs are green and showing correctly. I'm just exhausted trying to figure this out on my own. Can anyone help me? I really don't know what I've done wrong and why Telekom can't make the connection.

Mein Internet sollte heute aktiviert werden und die Telekom sagt: "Sie haben eine Festnetzverbindung bereitgestellt, können aber den Router nicht erkennen". Und jetzt habe ich nach einigen Wochen immer noch kein Internet.
Ich verwende die neueste Firmware auf Draytek 165. Ich habe mein Netzwerk bereits auf meinem Synology-Router eingerichtet. Alle LEDs sind grün und werden korrekt angezeigt. Ich bin einfach erschöpft, wenn ich versuche, das selbst herauszufinden. Kann mir jemand helfen? Ich weiß wirklich nicht, was ich falsch gemacht habe und warum Telekom die Verbindung nicht herstellen kann.

Which device is tagging the line with VLAN7 (absolutely necessary for Telekom DSL connection)? The Vigor or the Synology as PPPoE over VLAN7?
Can you see on Vigor web interface that line is on Showtime and not Training and line is sync?

So, your line is sync, the problem seems to be in setup of the Synology. It has to use clean PPPoE without any tagging.

Okay, so I didn't have PPPoE setup in the Synology. Working now it seems. Thank you SO MUCH for the help! And for English.

Vlan 7 in Vigor is active and Synology has been setup for PPPoE connection?
