Telekom Rechnung Router Miete

vor 2 Jahren

Ich habe von der Telekom für den Monat August 23 eine Rechnung in Höhe von 4,94 Euro (Router Miete) erhalten, obwohl ich seit 01.08.23 kein Telekom Kunde mehr bin.

Die Kündigung wurde im Vorfeld auch bestätigt und ein Retourenetikett für den Router wurde zugesagt, das aber bis heute nicht gekommen ist. Stattdessen kommt o.g. Rechnung mit dem Hinweis, das der Betrag abgebucht wird.

Die Rechnung muss storniert werden.

    Hallo @ChristianM67 ,

    vermutlich hast du vergessen den gemieteten Router separat zu kündigen.

    Versuche es mal  hiermit:

    https://retoure.telekom-dienste.de/miete/

    Hier werden alle aktiven Mietgeräte aufgelistet und du kannst entsprechend mit anklicken kündigen.

    Das Retouren-Etikett wird dann automatisch generiert und dir per E-Mail zugeschickt, alternativ kannst du es auch downloaden .

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
