Tarifwechsel zu Magenta Zuhause XL

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich würde gerne in den Magenta Zuhause XL Tarif wechsel, befürchte aber, dass ich dann meine aktuell laufende Reduzierung des L Vertrags verliere.

 

Ist es möglich zu wechseln, ohne die noch laufende Preisreduzierung zu verlieren?

    Guten Abend Daniel,

    bei einer Vertragsänderung kann kein Neukundenangebot ausgewählt werden. Aktuell profitierst du noch von den Sonderkonditionen des aktuellen Festnetzvertrages. Die Idee ist, dass du nach Ablauf der vereinbarten Vertragslaufzeit einen neuen Vertrag wählst, ebenfalls zu neuen Konditionen, oder aber den aktuellen Vertrag behältst. Die Rechnung sieht dann so aus: Betrag aus Restlaufzeit des aktuellen Vertrages: 659,10 Euro + Summe XY für neue Vertragskonditionen.
    Selbstverständlich buchen wir Konditionen nach, wenn diese fälschlicherweise raus gefallen sind und bemühen uns auch darüber hinaus Regressansprüche geltend zu machen. In diesem Fall kann ich jedoch keine Ausnahme einräumen. Sollte ein Wechsel dennoch gewünscht sein, bin ich hier.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
