Tarifwechsel von Magenta Mobile S in MagentaMobil Prepaid 5G

Hallo, kann ich ohne einen Zwischenanbieter und unnötiger Kündigung meinen Tarif von Magenta Mobile S in Magenta Mobile Prepaid 5G innerhalb der Telekom wechseln und meine Handynummer behalten? Bisher habe ich nur die Auskunft, dass ich meinen Vertrag erst kündigen muss, um dann von einem alternativen Anbieter nach kurzer Zeit wieder zur Telekom zu wechseln.

Ich halte dieses Verfahren für sehr unglücklich, da einmal weg ggf. immer weg ..... Ich würde aber gern bei der Telekom bleiben.

    Sie können am Ende der Vertragslaufzeit die Hotline 0800 330 2202 (vom Handy 2202) anrufen und den Tarifwechsel durchführen.

    Dies sollte auch ohne eine Kündigung gehen.

    Falls nein, dann kündigen an der Hotline und den Tarifwechsel angeben.

     

    Nach dem Ende des Postpaid-Tarifes, müssen Sie zeitnah Guthaben aufladen um den neuen Prepaid-Tarif nutzen zu können.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
