Status Rücksendung Mietgerät Speedport w723v

Hallo Telekom Team,

ich hab am 28.01.2018 die Rücksendung meines gemieteten Speedport w723v über das Retouren-Portal gestartet. Am 29.01.2018 habe ich das Gerät per DHL abgeschick und habe danach eine Eingangsbestätigung per E-Mail erhalten. Aber seit dem passierte nichts mehr, ich warte also immer noch eine Bestätigung. Könntet Ihr da mal nachschauen? Vielen Dank!

    Du hat den Einlieferungsbeleg mit der Sendungsnummer und da brauchst du dir dann keinen Kopf machen. Kannst ja mal mit der Sendungsnummer spicken, wo das Paket ist.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
