Speedport Smart 3 mehrmals täglich Verbindungsabbrüche

Hallo,

 

mehrmals am Tag wird die Internetverbindung unterbrochen und der Router startet neu.

Ich hatte das Problem schon in der Vergangenheit. Dann lief es eine zeitlang ohne Probleme, obwohl ich nichts geändert habe.

Folgendes wurde schon ausprobiert.

- Router in Werkseinstellung zurückgesetzt

- Router 30 Min. vom Strom genommen

- Powerline vom Netz genommen

 

Manchmal ist für mehrere Stunde Ruhe und dann ist alle paar Minuten der Verbindungsabbruch.

Hilft da vielleicht ein Wechsel auf den Speedport Smart 4 oder auf die Fritz!Box 7590 AX?

    Die Powerlines müssen komplett - für immer - entfernt werden, und zwar vom Strom-

    u n d  LAN-Netzwerk.

     

    Welche Firmwareversion hat der Smart 3?

     

    Alternative:  Powerline -Adapter durch reine WLAN-Repeater ersetzen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
