Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
It uses an identifier created by your telecom operator based on your IP address and a telecom reference such as your telecom account (e.g., mobile number).
The identifier is assigned to the internet connection, so anyone connecting their device and consenting to the Utiq technology will receive the same identifier. Typically:

Hängt vom Netzanbieter ab,
aber wenn der die benötigten Zugangsdaten rausrückt, sollte der SP Smart 3 so wie jeder andere Router für DSL funktionieren,
Bei Kabelanschlüßen weis ich es nicht genau, weil da muß erst ein Kabel-Modem installiert sein,
sollte aber auch so funktionieren wie bei einem FTTH -Anschluß)

Nein leider nicht, die Kabelanbieter machen DHCP und IP Routing, kein PPoE.
Und bei DSL Anbietern kommt es darauf an, ob da für Telefonie noch ein separates VLan benötigt wird, dann geht Telefonieren nicht.

am Besten fährst Du an anderen Anschlüssen mit einer FRITZ!Box, auch wenn an einem anderen DSL Anschluss der Speedport funktionieren könnte. Der Teufel steckt da im Detail.

Ich beschäftige mich mit einem Wechsel und checke derzeit die Optionen ab bevor ich eine Entscheidungsfindung treffe.

Wenn Du den schon hast, dann probier es einfach.
Wenn Du den Smart 3 noch nicht hast, Dich aber mit einem Wechselgedanken trägst, dann kauf ihn nicht. Dann lieber eine Fritzbox.
