Speedport 3 connected, but not internet

Apologies I do not speak German. My Speedport Smart 3 connected to the internet but there is no wifi connection. I reset the modem and turned off the power but the issue is not resolved. Both the Wlan and Status have white lights. I tested the speed through the DSL Help app and received an error. Can someone please help?

      Hello. I apologize that I am not speaking German. I have the same problem. Status lights white and wlan also, others are off and there are no internet. What should I do?

      No further help is needed. I think the technician should fix it tomorrow.
