Smart 3 Router nicht geliefert

Hallo,

Am 23.9 2019 habe ich einen Smart 3 Router im Telekomshop Hannover bestellt. Der ist bis heute nicht eingetroffen und eine E-mail habe ich auch nicht erhalten. Der Mitarbeiter des Shop sagte in 2-3 Tagen ist das Gerät bei ihnen. Unter meine Bestellung /Aufträge habe ich auch online nichts gefunden. Kann mir mal bitte jemand weiterhelfen. VG. M.M.
