Sind die DSL Werte Top ?

Moin ich wollte mal wissen ob die DSL Werte in Ordnung sind (Siehe Bild) oder man mal die Inhausverkabelung überprüfen sollte. Mein Nachbar der in exakt in der gleichen Wohnung 1 Etage unter mir wohnt hat da andere Werte wie Leitungsdämpfung Upstream 11,5 und Downstream 15.0
