Router not yet arrived on my address

Technician will arrive tomorrow, but I have not received router to my address. Can someone help ?

Hi and welcome!
Normally the Router will be sent 3-4 days before the technician arrives.
Can you check if u bought or rent a router with your order?
You should have a "Bestätigung" , "Bestätigung zu Ihrem Festnetz-Auftrag" or "Auftragsbestätigung" in your mailbox.

I have discussed this once more with a colleague of mine, who is responsible for our fibre-expansion projects.
Unfortunately we can't book the " LTE Sofort" option as a termporary solution for either you or your neighbor. We simply aren't allowed to book it with "just" a visa. A residence permit is sadly mandatory. Other options would be a german identity card or an EU passport.
For now there aren't any further options, other than wait until the fibre-expansion of your address has been completed. Should you receive your residence permit in the meantime, you can contact us via 0800 330 1903 and order the " LTE Sofort" option. My colleagues will then only require your address, your customer number and possibly the last six digits of your IBAN for that procedure. The same goes for your neighbor. I have already spoken to him about most of it.
Could you please inform him about the additional option, to order the " LTE Sofort" option, once he has his residence permit, as well? At the time I called him, I didn't have that piece of information for him yet.
Apologies that we don't have an immediate solution for the both of you. Should you have any other neighbors affected by this, you can tell me and I will reach out to them.

I just heard from my landlord and he might have spoken to telekom,
infrastructure for glassfasser is still in progress and timeline would be June-July 2023, still 2 more months from today.
Now i have a different question,
I have been charged for the Router which is delivered to me, its 26 Euro and this includes POST charges as well.
How to deal with this as i'm not using router ?

Hello @Manjunatha Hegde,
I have just issued a return form for your router. You can simply send it back to us with said form attached to the parcel.
Once the fibre-connection is completed, we can have a new router sent to you.
The bill you have already received should be balanced out automatically by our system with a follow up bill which will credit you the original amount.
If there are any complications with that, I will intervene.

I confirm,
Router reached to my address today around 4 PM and issue is resolved.
waiting for the technician to arrive tomorrow.
