Question about Festnetz cancellation process via email

Hello,

I have a question regarding the cancellation of my Festnetz/Internet contract.

My situation is a bit complex because it involves a failed provider switch to Deutsche Glasfaser, and I needed to attach several documents as evidence. Since the online cancellation form does not allow attachments, and I do not speak German well enough to explain everything by phone, I sent a detailed, translated email with all documents to the official Festnetz contact address published on the Telekom website (in the Verbraucherinformationen section). I have already received an automatic confirmation that my message arrived.

Could someone please tell me if this is the correct process or if I need to do anything else? I can provide my customer number and all relevant details via private message.
