Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
It uses an identifier created by your telecom operator based on your IP address and a telecom reference such as your telecom account (e.g., mobile number).
The identifier is assigned to the internet connection, so anyone connecting their device and consenting to the Utiq technology will receive the same identifier. Typically:
- on a broadband connection (e.g., Wi-Fi), the marketing or analytics will be performed based on the browsing activities of consenting household members’.
- on mobile data, the marketing will be more personalised, as it will be based on the browsing of the individual mobile user only.
By consenting, you confirm that you have permission from the telecom account holder to enable the Utiq technology on this internet connection.

ich finde den von dir gewählten Thread-Titel etwas irritierend, da irreführend: " Phishing Gewinnspiel der Telekom" (siehe Spoilerinhalt).
Haus der Telekom, Mitarbeiter der Telekom, Einrichtung der Telekom, Router der Telekom, Mediareceiver der Telekom. Alles Sachen oder Personen, welche der Telekom "gehören", sie also verantwortlich dafür ist.
Demgemäß wäre " Phishing Gewinnspiel der Telekom" ebenfalls die Telekom verantwortlich, was aber inhaltlich nicht so sein dürfte.
Es kommt so herüber, als ob die Telekom ein Gewinnspiel hat, das von ihr zum Zwecke des Phishings eingesetzt würde.
Das Gegenteil dürfte der Fall sein, jemand versucht unter dem falschen Mantel "Telekom" so zu tun, als ob man an einem Telekom-Gewinnspiel teilnehmen könnte, was aber ein "Spiel" aus einer komplett anderen Quelle ist.
Die Telekom wird so etwas sicher nicht gut heißen, dass man ihre Kunden in ihrem Namen abphisht. Sie macht so jedenfalls selbst nicht.
Wenn im Browser als Popup ein Hinweis kommt (oder in einer Mail) im Sinne von "Hallo Telekom Kunde" oder "Hallo Telekom Nutzer" ... "du kannst am Gewinnspiel für Telekom User teilnehmen ...", dann ist es 100 %ig NICHT von der Telekom.
Wenn die Telekom ihre Kunden zu Gewinnspielen gezielt einlädt, dann macht sie es nur mit eindeutiger Anrede. Also Vor- und Nachnamen dabei genannt. Ist es etwas, was nur allgemein von "Du/Sie" "Telekom Kunde" anspricht, dann ist das ein Fremdkörper.
Wie kann es sein, dass man beim Browsen solche Infos bekommt, dass man Telekom-Kunde wäre, so dass es dann mit einer Ansprache als ebensolcher Kunde endet?
Über die IP-Adresse des Anschlusses bzw. der Einwahl ins Internet kann ganz leicht der Inhaber einer Webseite feststellen, ob jemand sich über einen Telekom-Knoten oder einen Vodafone-Knoten und so weiter eingewählt hat. Braucht man dann nur noch eine Regel angelegt haben, dass man dann Telekom-Kunden mit "Hallo Telekom Kunde" und Vodafone-Kunden mit "Hallo Vodafone Kunde" anspricht, um die Türe bei demjenigen aufzustoßen, dass er sich persönlich angesprochen fühlt. So etwas kann man sich auch über eine Maleware in seinen Browser bzw. Computer ziehen. ...
Und so etwas gibt es also auch für die Kunden anderer Provider.

Leider bin ich auf diesen Aufruf zur Telekom-Umfrage reingefallen und habe meine pers. Daten angegeben. Meine Kreditkarte habe ich sofort gesperrt. ich habe noch Angst, dass ich in eine Abofalle geraten bin, die ich aber nicht bemerkt habe.
Was muss ich noch tun, Widerspruch einlegen wogegen, bei wem? Danke für die Hilfe!!
