Order Cancellation: Moving to unknown/existing household

Hello Telekom hilft Team,

I need to cancel my MagentaZuhause order scheduled for Sept 2026. I am moving out of my current apartment in May 2026.

Reason: I do not have a new permanent address yet. I will be moving into a temporary, furnished shared-living situation that already has an active internet connection. Therefore, it is technically impossible for me to take this contract with me or provide a new installation address.

Since the provision date is over a year away and I will no longer reside at the contract address, I request an immediate Stornierung (annulment) of the order.

My customer details are in my profile. Looking forward to your confirmation.
