Nur bestimmte Anrufer Zulassen

Hallo

 

Ich würde gerne nur bestimmte Anrufer zulassen wollen.

Wie kann ich das realisieren? Ich weiß, dass es eine Positivliste gibt, aber die kann man nur aktivieren, wenn die Negativliste gesetzt ist.

Da ich alle anrufe Sperren will, außer bestimmte, muss ich dann einfach eine "0" in die Negativliste eintragen und dann in die Positivliste die zugelassenen Nummern? Oder geht das garnicht?

    Gut zu wissen: es gibt pro eigener Rufnummer eine eigene Negativliste.

    Das ist ungewöhnlich.

    Hat es mit dem Blockieren im Telefoniecenter geklappt?

    Benötigst du noch Unterstützung?

    Hallo.

     

    Wie bereits erwähnt has es nicht geklappt deswegen habe die das Häckchen ,im Telefoniecenter, ganz unten ausgewählt um alle eingehenden Anrufe zu blocken. Hat den gleichen effekt ,für eingehende Anrufe, als würde ich das Telefon ausstöpseln.

     

    Als Verzweiflungstat da die Positiv und Negativliste anscheinend keinen Effekt haben und trotzdem 0800 (und andere) Anrufe durchkommen.

     

    In der aktuellen Form ist das Blockieren in Telefoniecenter unbrauchbar und sollte unter die Lupe genommen werden.

    Nenne doch bitte mal die 0800er Rufnummer(n), die durchkommen.

    Was hier schon zu lesen war ist, dass Telekom 0800er Rufnummern durchgestellt werden trotz einer Sperre im Telefoniecenter.

    Falls eine Werbeeinwilligung gegeben wurde, dann hebelt die vermutlich die Sperre im Telefoniecenter aus.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
