Not received the connection

Hello, I have applied internet connection on 13th March 2024. I have got the entry confirmation but not received the connection yet. also I didn't receive any updates from Telekom.

      The technical feasibility check usually takes 2 -3 weeks. Add Easter school / bank holidays for an extra delay. I guess you should hear from Deutsche Telekom soon.

      @Martin Bo. Thanks for the call. I have received the auftragSBeStÄtigung as you mentioned in the call. But the house number mentioned is not correct. I want to correct the address. Kindly help me to correct the address.

      For some reason, there were again some issues with the credit score. 

      I have requested to override the credit check since it went already through once.
