No internet - new contract

Hi,

I have a new dsl contract, and we received the device yesterday. 
I connected the device in the telephonesocket and electrisocket but unfortunately there is no internet connection found.

The device only has white light on in the Status and WLAN buttons.

Any idea what is the problem? Thank you.

      Are you sure, that your contract for DSL has already started? Did you get a confirmation, that it was scheduled for yesterday too and not - maybe - tomorrow?

      the technician came and now we have the internet connection. We are still monitoring it because it takes a while to load the internet but still it is connected..
