No connection till now

Hello,

 

I generated new contract for new connection before one month. till now there are 4 agents generating 4 new contracts everytime I try to reach. till now there is no response or call from telekom for new connection. if not possible please dont accept requests for order. its been 21 days we are without internet.

      your Schnellstart should still work fine, as it still has data volume. Can you test it in another place?

      The problem with your connection is still being worked on.
      We expect it to be fixed by the beginning of August.

      Looks like I will charged for the connection which I don't have Fröhlich I have got pending transaction for this month from telekom. Can you please look into it?

      It is true that we continue to charge you for the contact, but since we know about your issue, we can give you a refund after the problem is solved. So please leave the payments as usual and let us know, as soon as your connection works properly again.

      Finally yesterday out internet connection is fixed and working now. But there are been deductions earlier this month. Can you please make corrections and take necessary action?
