Nachbar bis zu 100mbit, ich selbst nur 16mbit

Hallo Telekom Team, 

 

Beim Verfügbarkeitsest kommt raus, dass meine Nachbarn links und rechts je bis zu 100mbit verfügbar ist, bei mir leider nur 16mbit.

 

Kann man hier eine idividualprufung Individualprüfung durchführen?
