My internet is not working from 26/05/2022

I restarted the router but it is not helping

      unfortunately I didn't reach you. 

       

      As I can see, you're still offline. We have to talk about an appointment for a technician. 

       

      But before that,  could you tell me what type of router you're using? And did you check the cable, if it's plugged in correctly?

      I checked the cable and restarted the router too. Still I am having issue with the connection.
      Router Type is Telekom Speedport Smart 3 R weiss

      I am working from home.Could you please help me with prioritizing this and setup an appointment anyday this week.
