Multiple barriers to registering new internet contract

Hey, thanks for reading in English.
I am trying to register for internet to our apartment.
The first barrier I get is a notification at checkout:
SystemErrorMessage
Registration is currently not possible. Your login or password was entered incorrectly. Please try again. If you have logged in using your mobile phone access data, please log in again here.
I followed advice to log out then try again. This got me to the next step, but the form requires a mandatory landline number. We do have an apartment, but we do not have a landline number that I know of.
Any help much appreciated. Danke!

Hi @AStory99 I have just gone through the ordering process for test. There was no point where I had to give MY landline number to proceed.
But if you select the field "take over flat from someone" you are asked for the landline of the flat that was connected there before you moved there. This is just to identify the correct connection endpoint for the internet signal. If you don't know this number you should be able to proceed.
If you are stuck at another point as mentioned please provide a Screenshot.
