I'm sorry if this issue is already explained, but I couldn't find the answer anywhere. 

1 - I'm about to move (but not too much😞 from the 1st to the 2nd floor in the same building. Q: Do I need to request a change of address and schedule a visit?

2 - The new apartment already has a broadband contract from a different provider, but the landlord has agreed that I can keep my contract instead. Q: What is the course of action in this case? Does the landlord need to cancel his contract before I can connect my stuff?
