MagentaZuhause XL speed is lower than guaranted minimal speed

Hi,
My German is not good enough so excuse me that I use English here.
I registered for MagentaZuhause XL, which ran at 200+ MBit/s for a while and now only runs at 100-110 MBit/s for months.
How and who should I contact to get it back to 'normal' speed?
p/s:
Im using FRITZ!Box 7590 AX with FRITZ! OS :7.81

The most important informations are missing.
- Type of your Fritzbox and its OS version
- Logbook entries from ‘System/Events/Internet connection’
Did or do you use Powerline adaptors?

after the technician visited yesterday, the internet has been working properly at 204,41 Mbit/s.
