Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
It uses an identifier created by your telecom operator based on your IP address and a telecom reference such as your telecom account (e.g., mobile number).
The identifier is assigned to the internet connection, so anyone connecting their device and consenting to the Utiq technology will receive the same identifier. Typically:

Woran liegt das denn bitte?
An meiner Adresse ist MagentaZuhause L Regio incl. der MagentaTV Smart Regio Option im normalen Bestellvorgang verfügbar. Wenn ich das aber über die "Telekom For Friends"-Option auswählen möchte, kann ich MagentaTV Smart Regio nicht hinzubuchen. Woran liegt das denn bitte?
Weil die Telekom bei der Erbringung dieser Leistung auf andere Netzbetreiber angewiesen ist und dafür zahlt. Da kann sie darauf nicht noch Rabatt geben :-(

Kann ich denn nach der Buchung eines MagentaZuhause L Regio über die "Telekom For Friends"-Option anschließend direkt einen MagentaTV OTT Tarif (ohne die For Friends Option) hinzubuchen. Klappt das direkt im Anschluss ohne Verzögerung?

Ist nach Buchung eines MagentaZuhause L Regio Tarifs üner die "Telekom For Friends"-Option eine direkte nachträgliche Hinzubuchung eines MagentaTV OTT Tarifs (ohne "For Friends") möglich? Klappt das dann verzögerungsfrei?

Hallo @mikiwo,
du hast bei Regio Tarifen zwei Möglichkeiten. Entweder Magenta TV Smart als Zubuchoption zum Regio Anschluss dazuzubuchen oder alleinstehend als OTT Version. Bei der OTT Version hat dies dann nichts mit deinem Festnetzvertrag zu tun und du hast dafür gesonderte Zugangsdaten und somit auch einen gesonderten Login über eine andere E-Mail-Adresse.
Du kannst Magenta TV direkt im Anschluss ohne große Verzögerung hinzubuchen.

Danke für die Antwort. Leider klappt das Hinzubuchen von TV Smart Regio nicht, wenn ich über die "Telekom For Friends"-Option einsteige und den MagentaZuhause Regio Tarif buchen möchte.
