Magenta TV Stick schaltet Fernseher nicht aus und regelt Lautstärke nicht

Hallo

Mein Magnet TV Stick steuert trotz eingeschalteten HDMI CEC den Fernseher nicht. Einschalten funktioniert, Ausschalten und Lautstärke regeln funktioniert nicht. Andere Geräte wie AV Receiver, Blu-Ray Player oder Apple TV können das. Ich hatte den Stick für einen Zweitfernseher gekauft. Aber weder der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, noch der im Kinderzimmer können mit der Fernbedienung gesteuert werden.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
